Hyatt Place Madison / Verona

A new hotel with great dining options nearby

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast in the morning: hot food, cold drinks, fresh fruit. Would stay here again. 10/10

Awesome, but we didn’t give them we were we our parents were like they’re letting us

It was located near all the places we planned to visit. Loved the large fire pit on the terrace. Easily accessible food options near hotel. Would have liked more food options on the breakfast. And possibly longer breakfast hours.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

Hyatt place is our “go to” spot when traveling. Always safe, clean, comfortable, and nice size rooms.

Best customer service I have seen in a long time

Very clean and very friendly

Efficient with decent amenities

Room was clean and large for our family of 6! Price was good and it was close to a variety of places to eat and play. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly!

Great stay! We had so much fun as a family here!

The staffs are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The lack of facilities in the room. There are no electric kettle and microwave in the room. Should have at least some water bottle in the fridge or the room. The tub is small and shallow.

The moment I walked through the front doors I was greeted by Carl who was extremely welcoming. He was very quick and efficient at checking us in and informing me on the hotel’s amenities. He even helped ys switch the type of room we were staying in to better fit my family. He is a great asset to the hotel. We found a urine stain on the mattress cover of the pullout couch. We did not end up using it and my kids were pretty bummed out

Front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Our suite was nicely laid out and comfortable. Only issue was the trash under the sink was full. Not emptied prior to our arrival. Also shower was not cleaned well. In fact, probably not cleaned at all.

Exceptional

The front desk person Carl is amazing person , who greeted us, explained dvery single step. He was so helpful to find the rooms nearby each other, because we booked teo and our visitors from Europe needed a special attention. Every hotel would dream about a worker like him. Thank you , Carl , so much !!!!!

The hotel was quiet and relaxing! Most staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Good options for great, walkable restaurants. Easy and quick to get to Madison.
