Comfort Inn & Suites Vancouver Downtown City Center

I checked in late, I was worried because the person at the front desk showed up late.

The room had just 1 tiny garbage can? What you want us to throw our garbage on the floor? They are asking for more work for their staff, it's left overflowing for lack of other options! Not one in halls or outside. Weird!!

Location and quality of accommodations was great! We go back to Vancouver, that is where we’ll stay.

Clean property, easy parking, good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Coffe and tea in room. Was all great. Only downside was the floor ( theres no carpet) in bedroom and bathroom was sort of sticky, our shoes would literally stick to it. I assume is was probably the floor solution used for mopping maybe too concentrate. Would stay here again.

Overall, the stay was perfectly adequate. My room had a broken screen and torn carpet, and the bed was quite broken in. Also, there was a light out in the bathroom and a fire alarm chirping across the hall on my final day. On the upside, the property was totally clean and check-in was a breeze. Location is perfect. There’s a Starbucks nearby if you want better coffee.

The property is showing its age and all items in the room were clean, but the drapes and some of the furniture have seen better days, which contributes to a bit of shabbiness. Also, the drapes don’t close, or at least I couldn’t figure out how to make them. The cleaning staff does a great job and all bed coverings were snow white. The bed was incredibly comfortable as were the pillows, though a range of softness and firm would be nice. If one doesn’t suit, none of them will. I had a wonderful night’s sleep. Thank you.

I booked two rooms. They were good enough for the price. There were complementary breakfast, self-service laundry, and parking for a small fee. The location is good, one block from city center.

Bed was absolutely best I've slept on in the last few months of traveling across the US hands down. I would stay here again. No complaints at all.

We don't spend alot of time in hotels. There were no instructions on the key card on how to use it (as in insert, take out, then open door). We kept trying to open the door with the key card stiill inserted .

Clean & Comfy. Nice range of items for breakfast.

Good location near the freeway, plenty of parking.

Front desk check in fast and efficient.....only downer was bedspread was full of stains but not a big deal......

When booking it stated that they had a hot tub when in fact they did not. Other than that was a decent place to stay.
