Pool looked nice (we did not swim).

THE KINDNESS AND CONCERN STARTED THE MINUTE I WALKED IN. EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER AND CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND CONCERNED ABOUT ME AND THE SURGERY I WOULD HAVE THE NEXT DAY.

This property was not for me. The staff was extremely kind but the property is very outdated and not very cleanlys. The ottoman and accent chair were stained beyond repair and extremely filthy and the tub was also stained and we did not end up showering as it was a one night staty on our route from Florida to Atlanta. This property doesn't represent the Hilton brand well. Valdosta was a mid point stop on our drive but we may skip this property next time.

Fire alarm kept going off . No sleep . Clerk was rude

The young man working the desk at 5:30 am could use training on custom service and how to provide good customer service.

This place is absolutely disgusting and falling apart. I stayed here multiple years ago so I made the mistake of not checking current reviews. The ONE employee, left to work alone, did her best. First room was disgusting. I asked to be moved. Second room was ok just totally run down. The one employee had to come up to fix the tv. I was too scared to order any food from the restaurant so don’t plan on that for dinner. Everything was so broken down and dirty I wouldn’t trust the kitchen.

Generally worn out, it was a nice hotel 10 years ago.

This place has seen better days, but it is still comfortable, and the people there are very nice. The restaurant food was actually good! Nice breakfast too.

I would say this Hilton is one of the worst ones we have ever stayed at. Lobby was nice, but the rooms were outdated and the carpet in the hallway to our room was stained and faded, it was pretty disgusting. The surrounding area was pretty sketchy, out our window was one of those old live in motels, we saw people standing or trying to while smoking God knows what, so we never left our room except to leave. NO FREE breakfast either, I missed that when booking it, kind of misleading the way they described it.

It wasn’t the cleanest hotel. And I hated that breakfast wasn’t free. What a shock and the main reason I’d never stay here again.

Nice hotel. Good value. Doesn’t have the industry standard continental breakfast. Instead, they charge $11 for a mediocre breakfast that should be included in the price of staying.

Clean room staff was very helpful just wished yall had free breakfast and that the snacks and drinks weren’t so expensive plus need to add the extra $50 on the app so people are aware very nice hotel

Location and staff was great Dirty, 1am text from property!, dog food under bed, all rooms pet rooms, $80 pet fee, 30 min check in, no AC in lobby, room AC poor, no parking enforcement, 2 elevators for 7 floors of people, $11/person breakfast, and more

Worse yet there wasn’t cold water in shower. The mini fridge very old. Breakfast was greasy and not free. Not very impressive.

Exceeded our expectations. Terrific and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Recommend
