The front desk staff was able to solve all of our request efficiently and above board. They sent a fan for our room, a HDMI cable, and gave great suggestions for things to do. Also, got us in our room at 12pm which was a great way to get us started after a long drive. We really enjoyed our room, 248. The owners of that room have done an amazing job of updating the space. Two bathrooms, two separate beds, a great view of Vail Village and the convenience of being able to walk the entire area in under 15 minutes. The place was clean, well appointed, and the furniture was Top Shelf. Really loved the kitchen with all the great appliances, pots, pans, bar area and real Fire Place. I can't say enough about the spacious room and how perfect it made our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff were excellent. Our dinner at Elway’s on site also hit the mark. We had a beautiful mountain view and luxurious bathroom.

Great service from valet all the way to front desk. Loved the pool and our view, plus we were able to walk right into Vail village!

First time traveling with a pet and this hotel knocked it out of the park and made it soooo easy. Location is great! Staff very helpful and freindly.

The pools, hot tubs, vapor cave, tiki bar, close to everything, breakfast buffet. Such a cute property! Free breakfast included! I loved the way you check in. Kiosk does it all! No river view from my room

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Spa was great….we had massages. The only downside Cucina, the breakfast restaurant. They closed for a private event on Sunday morning. We walked in unaware, and staff was pretty curt that they were closed. This is ONLY restaurant in the hotel other than Elway’s which is dinner only. I asked where we should go to eat breakfast and they recommended places a 5 minute walk away. Anyway I guess when we are sold a hotel room that has an onsite breakfast restaurant, we just expected that we could rely on that.

The pool area was great and we were the only people using it. Everything was fine except for the murphy bed was horrible! They need to put a decent firm mattress bed in these rooms.
