Juan at recepcion was great

Everything, everyone,

Check in was smooth and pleasant, the staff who was a young man was very helpful and friendly. When we’re checking out, the staff Juan was very rude and demanding. I had a few questions but he was impatient and tried to cut me off. Horrible service with him, if you don’t like your job go find another profession. He was the ruined my stay experience in this hotel, otherwise everything was fine.

Everything was excellent, Staff, Facilities , I've stayed there 3 times this year and all visits have been excellent, I will be back again for many more visits. longer pool hours

The staff was great, it was really clean, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Also, it's located in a shopping plaza with a couple of good restaurants which made it easy after a long day! Nothing, it was great

When I checked into my room, the shower was not working. I informed front desk. Within 30 minutes, I was relocated to a different room. I did not liked being inconvenience. Especially wanting to shower after being at beach all day.

Location, staff, breakfast. It was perfect for our purposes.

customer service hostess during our stay. The property is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The location is wonderful, near shopping, Motec aquarium, mall and many restaurants! They offered a welcoming table with lemon water, ice tea, lemonade and cookies!!! WOW!! We won't stay anywhere else when we are in that area again!!

The clerk who checked us out in the morning I think I don’t remember his name he was Spanish speaking I’m not sure if he’s name was Juan. He was really nice and helpful.

Stay there for a family trip. Hampton Inn at Lakewood Ranch is in a prime location with plenty of restaurants and shops around it. Staff was very attentive and manager takes seriously their commitment for the guest to have a good experience. Their breakfast was very good with a variety of breakfast options. Pool, rooms and hallways were very clean. Thank You
