Nice pool & hot tub

Room was clean but hallways smell like cigarettes

The staff was extremely helpful and amazing to deal with but the room was less than to be desired there was stains on the bedding and couch and bed was extremely uncomfortable fine for a 1 night stay but wouldn't recommend for any longer.

The breakfast was not bad but you ran out of food quick . Pool was ok but room was gross especially the hide a bed . The hide a bed wasn’t made at all the mattress was stained, and there was garbage underneath when you pulled it out

Breakfast was excellent, one of rhe best we have experienced. Scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles and other choices… Loved the large counter space in bathroom and storage space in room. Requested room location was granted. An iced latte option

The staff here are super friendly and have really good customer service skills. The hotel was actually quite and calm. No issues with parking. I also love how close the shopping center, restaurants, entertainment, and outside activities are from the hotel. I’m fully aware it’s down the road from the previous shooting that happened at in n out, however, security has your back so there’s only one way to enter the building without using a room key to enter the premises and that’s the main entrance only. You’ll also see cops guiding nearby traffic and securing passersby’s safety. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the carpet stains and the rough furniture. I do recommend removing the carpet and replacing it with wood or other alternative options since i noticed the carpet stains do lead out in the hallways also. As for the furniture if they could have a fresh coat of paint then it would do a massive decore update to the current worn out chipped painted furniture. Very random but I appreciate the couches are mostly all leather and I say that from not only a designer pov but also as a hygiene freak haha.

Always a great experience. Clean comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

The toilet ran all night

The property was centrally located. Easy to get to restraurants and the freeway. Had a very pleasant stay.

One of the beds in room 204 was slanted , so the feet were above the head kind of hard to sleep when the blood's rushing to your head other than that , the other bed was fine

The location was great, centrally located! The beds are EXTREMLY UNCOMFORTABLE! The beds jiggle when you move & there is NO SUPPORT. You roll towards the center of the mattress. Also, the pillows are too small. Very Disappointed‼️

Exceptional

When we arrived we were informed that we would be staying in building B which seemed much older. When we went into building B there was a strong musty smell throughout. The room smelled musty also. The bed cover as well as multiple towels had staining that i tell myself was mud. I will find somewhere else next time.

Convenient location close to restaurants, freeway and park. Rooms are spacious, quiet and seemed to be clean. Breakfast was good with good selection. Hotel property is run down, zero curb appeal, inside is dirty, carpet in hallways are filthy, pool and hot tub were not working which would have been nice to know when I booked. Hotel needs a renovation but doesn’t seem like any money is going back into property.
