Very good

Friendly staff I forgot 3 electric hair curling irons in the bathroom, went back few days later to collect them but they couldn't find them anywhere. I was disappointed.

My stay at this particular hotel was fine. They were great. That's not where I have a problem. I have a problem with booking.com they are hideous. I will never ever book another hotel or any kind of service through them. Not only did I get charged for a cancellation I had made in time of $143 they an extra charge of it was a total of $300 and I'm still having to deal with trying to get my money back to me and that was just at one hotel. There are three of them I have to do this with

I actually didn’t eat anything at all while there, I’m not familiar with area so I had to allow way extra time to make destinations on time. Very frustrating due to my ability to get around. The traffic is horrible they drive too fast for my comfort level. Thank God no accidents but accidentally turned into military base and told leave immediately or I will be shot.!!! Thank goodness for a nice soldier that was kind enough to help me turn around and get the heck out of there. It scared me so bad. I’m 73 and the traffic goes too fast they need up and overs for all the crazy speeding fools driving too fast forcing others like myself to go at speeds I feel totally unsafe at driving. Thank goodness there are courteous other drivers on the roads not all are on road rages. I really enjoyed walking all over capital area gardens and water views so peaceful met some very friendly persons. Very relaxing loved the whole scenery. I like the choices of dining places but those were also very busy. The hotel BETTER fix your dryer or you’re going to burn down the building and if that should happen shame on you I pray no one loses their lives. I washed a small load then dried there is no shut off automatically in dryer after so much time. The clothes were so hot I couldn’t hold onto very long getting them out of dryer just tossed up on counter. VERY IMPORTANT to get fixed ASP!!!!im going to check back and pray you heed my experience. Loved everything about the room/the bed/the view parking little tight Staff very courteous. I worked for Holiday Inn front desk for few years I loved greeting persons and helping in anyway to make their experience a great one. PLEASE a new dryer that shuts off in timely manner!!!before something terrible happens.

Breakfast was sufficient; however, guests had to constantly remind staff that everything needed replacing. Especially the coffee. Overall, it was good.

The hotel offers some lunch and supper items that one can order and pick up at the desk, but the site did not work. Communication about online checkout was missing some details--does one leave keys in the room or at the desk? I also found that the $25. fee for my dog to be much higher than other hotels. Not sure I will choose LaQuinta again.

Clean, quite, great location
-
It looked up to date. Everything was conveniently close.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was not quite up to par with others, but adequate. Lots of carbs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, cereal. No eggs, sausage or bacon. If you like dogs, you’ll love this. Some of us don’t.
-
The carpet next to the bed was sticky, the Pack ’n Play surface was badly stained, the door under the bathroom was peeling, and the AC could not be turned off. Additional plant-based breakfast options would also be appreciated.

The room wasn’t very clean. There weren’t any towels at the pool. The staff member was very put out when we asked for towels. The pool was freezing. Just a terrible experience overall.

The room we got for our family of 5 wasn’t big enough for 5. I thought we had a pull out couch in addition to two queen beds. The room wasn’t very clean. There weren’t any towels at the pool. The staff member was very put out when we asked for towels. The pool was freezing. Just a terrible experience overall.
