This hotel is comfortable, clean and meets your basic needs. Well located for shopping and dining with a shuttle to the casinos. For the money it’s perfect.

Hard to navigate the exact location of the building. Quiet location and clean property.

The door card readers on the exterior of the building did not work and when I told the front desk she said we had to just use the lobby entry and that was not ideal for my handicap mother who couldn’t walk the distance to our room located at the end of the building The room shown real signs of wear and the door readers on the exterior did not work

I am sorry to say that the room that we were given had a toilet that was so LOW to the ground that it was uncomfortable. Not good at all!

Desk chair in very poor repair, shredded upholstery hanging down from from front of seat. Should be repaired or replaced.

The damage deposit was $150 dollars, which was over the cost of the room. I did not end up staying at the hotel

Beds were comfortable No elevator, also drove From Az to Washington got there around 11am When we arrived early asked if we can check in but the Front desk Guy was kind of rude and said we don’t do check in till 3pm maybe i can do 2pm! I didnt mind paying a fee for early check in But wasn’t even able to even ask with that persons attitude. There was also trash outside by the trash can and they took long to clean it. The side doors stink so bad like pee So we didn’t use that door instead used the front main entrance.

The breakfast protein was limited. We had to ask for the sausages since the warmer was broken. But it was delish.

The night of check in the woman behind the counter was very unfriendly. I noticed that the people that were trying to check in before me were not being help in a friendly manner. Then I went to check in and the woman was rude and impolite.
