Hotel is not in a great location

Scratchy neighborhood but super cute hotel

Partner and I loved this hotel and would recommend to anyone spending a couple nights in Tucson. The staff was very friendly.

Really cute and quiet hotel. Rooms were super clean and ac was great. Easily one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at so far!

The place is super cute and very convenient. Lovely decor and ambiance but it feels short staffed and the tile in the bathroom showers could use a good clean. There was noticeable dirt and build up in the shower.

Front desk staff and bar employee were amazing. I got into a conversation with the chef as well who was also awesome and welcoming. Already great first impression. The parking lot is locked at night allowing only guests to enter past a certain time (around 9pm I think) so that was reassuring as a solo traveler. The hotel courtyard was nice, my room was clean, lots of fresh towels and tissues, and rooms get housekeeping daily. Location was convenient and close to the 10 freeway. I personally couldn't hear the cars or traffic at night. Overall great stay and the food at the restaurant was really good.

Don't let the old motel building or lesser quality adjacent hotels fool you, this is a restored and very clean facility. Getting onto the property was a bit tricky when arriving at night. You have to drive around the property in a neighborhood hood behind the hotel and enter through a gate on the North side. You do need to ring the buzzer and they will let you in.

The staff initially told us that we had only reserved one room and that they were already “fully booked,” even though I had clearly reserved two rooms. I had to show multiple proofs of my reservation before they finally acknowledged it. Interestingly, another room suddenly became available after that. The whole situation was frustrating and could have been handled much better.

It was overall a great stay. The staff was friendly, the location was great, and the pool was relaxing. Will definitely stay here again when I pass through.

All the staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The property is cute, modern and perfect for a quick stay. We enjoyed the pool and bar area. Loved that there was a DJ and the food was perfect for poolside snacks. We will be back for sure!

It was a very cute property with a nice vibe for single adults, couples and parents with kids that are a little older (I would personally recommend at least 10). The amenities were very nice and batted way out of their price league, the value was definitely very good.
