This is a hidden gem!

La Paloma is a gorgeous resort in every way! The pools are amazing and the views are incredible! The rooms are large and very comfortable, and the amenities are second to none!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, I was a bit disappointed in the pool lounge areas. Lounge seating was dirty and old, towels are ripped and stained. Did not find sunscreen available and I had to walk a far distance just to find the towels. I’ve definitely experienced better amenities at comparable resorts. The slide was fun for the kids however the space for the parents to keep an eye on the kids is small and doesn’t have much seating. Staff was attentive though. Please update your pool furniture and towels!

I l9ve the way the staff makes me feel welcome and happy. Couldn't reach the soap dispensers in the shower. No soaps available for taking a bath, they were just in the dhower.

The cleanliness, activities, and amenities are excellent; especially the pool. Would definitely stay here again. To be fair, the restaurants onsite are about 3 stars, but the rest of the hotel makes up for them.

They closed the pool for 6 hours due to a storm that never happened. Not even a drop of rain. What a waste of money. Also the room smelled horrible and the air conditioner keeps you up all night no sleep

Nothing I booked a room on booking.com, I received an email a few days later indicating you could not accommodate my room booking. I called to cancel and was told I had to call booking.com for a refund which I did and booking.com then told me to contact the hotel for a refund. I never even stayed here but was charged full price even after I was told you could not accommodate my reservation. Make it make sense

The billing is confusing...price differed from what we were quoted, but it was in our favor. It was just hard to figure out what was charged according to the final receipt.

Love the pool and the staff was nice The first room we had smelled straight like a zoo and the tv didn’t work. Then we moved rooms and the air conditioner broke.
