Staff was helpful and friendly, restaurant was great, location was near everything we needed. We were charged for the water bottles but there was a note on them that made it seem like there wouldn’t be a charge because of being Hilton rewards members.

Clean facilities. Well-maintained grounds. Very pleasant.

Easy check-in, cookies are a nice treat, clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Everything was ok.

Breakfast was good, wasn't expecting it to be sit down which was really nice. The room was a great size, I was getting married and so I needed some extra room and the king suite was perfect. The bed was rather stiff, was a little sore after a couple of nights and would have liked to have been comfortable for the price I paid but it wasn't the worst I've ever slept on.

I never checked in this hotel and was still charged 136.00

We were very comfortable and with the patio area we were able to enjoy evening cocktails outside. We did not dine at the restaurant, but is was nice knowing it was available to us. We would have really like the restaurant to be open for breakfast.

The pool, breakfast and our server at breakfast We specifically booked a ground floor with a patio so we could enjoy the pool while visiting our kiddo. When we got there, they acknowledged the request and said, "sorry, we gave it away," and put us a 2nd floor room with a crappy AC. So, then we got moved to another room that had a rattling AC. By then, it was past my bedtime and we had to wait for the maintenance guy to fix it. (He was super nice and did a good job.) Also, they have a sign up that says that they have food service from the hotel restaurant, Javelina, to the pool, but for some reason, they weren't operating. Then, after walking through the hotel to the restaurant to order something to take back myself, the guy who was working/managing the treated me like a total inconvenience. His attitude didn't do anything to improve the soggy nachos. So disappointing. This was our first and last time to try this hotel.
