Good and convenient hotel at a great price. Staff at front desk was very friendly. Good restaurants around and airport is 10 minutes away.

Nice place to stay. Views of the lake are greats d the beach is as nice as any in Florida. Would have given all 5’s but our bedsheets were not clean.

Liked the Bag Breakfast choices offered. Have stayed at this hotel 6 different dates.

The room was clean, checking was quick, loved the scenery and would stay here again!

Beds were so very comfortable and loved how you do breakfast. Every day you fill out a card choosing which breakfast you want the next day and choose a time you want it. Drop it off at the front desk before bed and it shows up at your door the next morning! Genius!! We loved everything!

We enjoyed a balcony room as well as the large patio door to have open for fresh air in the room and to hear the water all night long. It was a very nice and clean place to stay.

Staff was awesome and room was clean. Can't say enough about the staff. Very helpful. Room 120 however was next to the icemaker in the lall and the door is not sound proofed so heard the ice machine being run all night long and people loudly talking in the hall. Don't get room 120 for sure. Amenities however were lacking. Pool was cold and uncomfortable for swimming in. Hot tub only has a ladder so orhopedically challenged people like myself can't get in and out easily. So I opted to not use it for safety sake. Steps to beach are also not easy for handicapped people either. So I was not able to sit on beach. If your just looking for place to sleep or can easily climb steps and ladders then maybe a good choice for you. For me not so much.

Loved our stay at the Grand Beach Resort! So clean- I saw workers working constantly to keep it that way. Room and outside spotless. Breakfast boxed and delivered to room daily which was adequate for us. 3 day stay with my husband for our anniversary and would definitely return. Indoor pool and hot tub was also appreciated!

Nice property and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast delivered to our room each morning.

We had a 1st floor room that walked directly out onto the beach with a king and a Queen bed. It was very nice and comfortable. Great beds great pillows.

Very clean, quiet, and friendly helpful staff. Several choices of a boxed breakfast brought to your door at your given time chosen. Full range of amenities in your room. Will definitely recommend the Grand Beach !
