Comfort Inn Towson - Baltimore North

So, the pictures in the description is nothing like how the actual hotel is kept. The hotel was run down, old dirty furniture in the lobby. Janky people staying there and a bunch of rift raft outside of the place being very noisy. I was noticed by the staff when i first arrived but no one attended to me until about 15-20 min of me standing there. I went up to see the actual room, and although it was not bad i still declined my stay there and was out of money because it was non-refundable. Upon entering the hotel I just couldn’t even believe how dirty the carpet was inside of an establishment where people have paid to patronize. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re like me and have children. This wouldn’t be the best environment.

and worth more if deficiencies were addressed con: hallway needs painting, carpets dirty, lobby not neat- sketchy 2 rooms were not odor free and need airing out. The sanitizing smell was overpowering- a little attention would go a long way

Rooms are not as clean as i thought and they have mice and the refrigerator in the room smelled and was mad dirty the tub look like it was used and never cleaned but i see how it was only 150 it’s a motel atp😭

Room had damage that was covered, but not repaired. The bathroom sink faucet was not attached to the sink.

This property needs security at night I had a person bang on my door 4 o'clock in the morning then when I was sitting on the bed I saw 2 mice running around the floor definitely not how it use to be

Worn down and room smelled like stale smoke. Stains in the bathtub. No hairdryer to use but didn’t even want to shower. Never again!

The front desk help did not greet me. It seemed like I was disturbing him. The carpet and the walls were stained and dirty. My room on the 4th floor was smelled, the air conditioner rattled all day and night ., the lam shades were stained . Police presence was heavy in the parking lot. The pictures of the hotel on Expedia Do Not the establishment in person!

The blinds should b able to close all the way so it’s stays blacked out; no sun shining in bright in the morning.

Please be wary about the photos. They are extremely misleading. The room was is desperate need of repair! My door did not have a proper peep-hole! Just a whole in the wall. The shampoo and conditioner were held up by tape and glue strips. Also breakfast was lacking and some staff didn’t see incomes about refilling it. There was dirt everywhere that it felt better to stay packed then unpack. I saw multiple people changing rooms because of complaints.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The wall paper on the walls were peeling off, the carpet was dirty with stains throughout the hotel. There was a foul smell in the room, the towels were stained and there was a dead mouse in the hallway.

I enjoy the stay home overall.

Don’t even go here we found a roach in our room , the elevators didn’t even work , rings around the tubs , very low quality environment

After a supper long day we were exhausted and all we wanted to do was shower and go to bed. From the parking lot I should have got suspicious Once we entered the hotel there was a foul smell. Get the keys go up to the door near the card reader was all bent and dented. Once we entered the room the smell got worse and than things just got worse. There were blood spots on the sheets moving right along There were dead bugs on the head board . The bathroom door was broken. It would not close

It was OK. It wasn’t bad. It could’ve been better but what do you expect?

The hallways were also in poor condition, with large, dirty spots throughout the carpeting. Inside my room, the bathroom was clean and the bed appeared to be clean, which I appreciated. However, the furniture was broken, the desk had not been properly wiped down, and there were visible stains on the wall that clearly needed to be cleaned. Overall, while the bathroom and bed appeared clean, the condition of the property, cleanliness of the common areas, broken furniture, and activity in the lobby made me uncomfortable and I would not feel comfortable staying here again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DEFINITELY NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL! MY FAMILY AND I OF 7 ARE TRAUMATIZED! DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU DONT MIND BREATHING IN MOLD AND STEPPING IN PUDDLES OF WATER FROM THE AC

Good experience, nice breakfast but the property needs more maintenance. Poorly functioning elevator.

Breakfast is a little decent.

Property Reeks of cigarette smoke. As we needed something close by for the older relatives, it worked but it’s not something I would book again as it’s older/brown/smelled STRONGLY of cigarettes.
