I booked through Expedia for a suite size room when I got there I was giving a king-size room, so it was very much downsize, but I paid the entire amount. The pool was under maintenance and every time I requested to speak to a manager, one was never available.

Super cool hotel out of the way of everything,me and my family have stayed twice now .

Clean hotel overall including room. Shower glass door kept sliding open during shower and had to keep closing it every few seconds.

They nickel and dime you for everything - parking, a "resort" fee for a pool that isn't even open, expensive restaurant and snacks.

The floors, bathroom, bed covers, and pillows all seemed to need much more attention. There were hairs on the towels and on the bathroom floor, and overall it was very noticeable that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There are also several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The shower head needs attention, the rolling glass shower door will not stay closed, and some of the lights turn off unexpectedly. In every room we have stayed in recently, we have noticed either cleaning or maintenance problems, especially in the bathroom. I really feel management needs to look into the housekeeping and maintenance standards because the rooms are simply not being cleaned and inspected the way they should be. This is especially disappointing considering how much you pay per night. At these prices, guests should be able to expect a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained room. I truly hope things improve because this hotel has always been a favorite of mine, but lately the quality has been very disappointing.

Good food, good front seat staff There were neighbors making noise all night. Called front desk. Security came like twice but they kept doing it with their noise. They need to be stricter.

We booked a room twice at this hotel and had an awesome stay. It will be our to go hotel when we’re in the area to get away for a day or two.
