Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Torrance Blvd

The staff was great and so was the location. Its a good location for visiting Torrance. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The overall hotel is wearing out and needs a remodel. Lots of chips and worn carpet the furniture is coming to it's end . I had a good stay.

The rooms were clean and the customer service was great from everyone. I have nothing bad to say.

Monique at the front desk was amazing. Maintenance Guy was great too Felicia at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. She is rude and the team she is responsible ( minus mo) reflects that. I was having issue after issue from the TV not working the hot water not working the refrigerator not working the roach in the room and each issue. I brought to the front desk and I was met with hostility and attitude. There was a gentleman there who was absolutely helpless and verbatim “ this isn’t a problem you should bring down right now. Try again tomorrow “ There was a short Hispanic lady who was so rude and also needs an attitude adjustment. The staff at the front desk made this stay absolutely horrible. I’ve never seen such an unhappy staff makes sense if Felicia is their manager The only good thing about this place is the price. Remember you get what you pay for it’s cheap for a reason.

Its always a pleasure this will always be my go to stay when I want to get away from home it5very clean and the staff is amazing I always enjoy my stay here I would definitely recommend!

Rooms and hallways smell. Rooms dirty. Elevator dirty. Linens old and worn. Overall, a lot of deferred maintenance...paint, carpets, etc.

Affordable and clean. Monique at the front desk is amazing! The short hispanic lady with curly black hair at the front desk is so rude -0/10 customer service skills. I wish i knew her name

Zero. Floor was sticky. It was worse than a motel 6. No shampoo. Cabinets chipped. Smelled like cat pee. Pipes had burst & they were relocating other guests when we checked in. It is the grossest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We left at 3:30 am in the morning just to get out of there.

my room never got cleaned after i told the housekeeper many times

The hotel itself is very outdated, needs remodeling, cleaning or replacement of hallway floors. Once I got into the icicles room, very cold. I began to unpack & room was damaged, sink would not drain, water pressure from faucet slower than molasses. The only good thing working was the internet. Good thing this trip is quick & I am literally only sleeping( if I can) for a few hours. Would not recommend

Nothing Rude staff

there were stains on all the beds( sheets, pillows, covers, everything), they only have shampoo not conditioner, the towels were dirty as well, there were bugs inside, & the room had a pasting oder that was just awful.

Its so outdated and the room has such a disgusting mildew smell. The hallways and lobby are gross as well and such a horrible strong odor
