My day was good when it comes to the room on the cleanest and the amenities, but the FRONT DESK the worker who was working that Friday morning September 25 was very rude. It was multiple rooms purchased by multiple family members that came from out of town for my daughter‘s wedding and she was really really rude. It wasn’t right how she spoke to us. She spoke very rude to my son not only my son complain about the rudeness it was multiple family members complaint. I don’t know her name. I can’t remember it because I don’t even remember seeing a tag on her a name tag when I asked her for GENERAL or corporate number. She told me she was GENERAL in corporate. I told her no there’s someone higher than you that I need to speak to she never did give me the information that type of attitude would cost them to lose customers. i’m sure y’all can figure out who it was working. I’m not trying to be racial or disrespectful, but she was some kind of tall black lady like I say she didn’t have her name tag on and she wouldn’t give me her name but the time was about 2:30 p.m. in the evening on September 25 that Friday.

Our stay was nice. The hotel was very clean. All amenities were available to us during our stay. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was very delicious. I would definitely recommend Staybridge to my friends and family.

The location wasnt great, unless you have a car hire you are very restricted. There is no restaurant available nor a near by supermarket or restaurant within walking distance. Hotel was very dated and quite dingy

Staybridge hotels were always nice but his one can use an update. The staff was nice and helpful but the property is really showing its age.

It was great. Definitely going back.

Staff is slow and they seem to enjoy taking their time or making you wait. The rooms were very humid.

Room darkening drapes Nice helpful staff Good breakfast Liked having the bathroom sink separate from tub/ shower/toilet area Great kitchen in room A/ great and also not too loud

great place

The front desk lady was very nice. But the pool was not usable, said it was getting renovations, the back fence was broken so anyone from the alley can walk into the back patio area, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling because there is no exhaust fan, the bottom of the bed looks dirty, the walls need painted and better cleaning. The shower was clean though. I didn't let the property know because we were only there one night.

Outside area and common areas are comfortable and nice. Chef was great! He was friendly and looked forward to breakfast if he was cooking. Cleaning ladies do a good job cleaning. A bit outdated Staff are polite but not helpful The stove was practically unusable Pool was close Hot water was not available at the end of the stay Electricity did go out about twice

First class operation. Enjoyed my stay.

Location Breakfast items such as eggs were over cooked and potatoes were very dry! Not much selection!

Staff are terrible. Check-in was a huge hassle with snotty and rude young lady at front desk. Room had two broken items in bathroom. Also, hardly any water pressure in shower. Had a two bedroom suite and in one of the bedrooms, air conditioner unit in locked closet was so loud, we thought it was a big truck outside our window making a delivery in parking lot. Stay was for two night and when we had put some garbage outside our room in hall (no housekeeping available - available only 2 days in week), we got snotty call from front desk telling us to remove it and that WE had to take it to outside receptacle ourselves. Breakfast in morning was horrible and not very plentiful. Coffee was worst I have ever had. POOL WAS CLOSED AND LOCKED ENTIRE STAY - Did not state that when we booked hotel only a few days before. Door key had to be redone 3 different times as it would not work properly - of course, this meant I had to keep going back to front desk each time.
