Love the location right off the water!!!

We arrived at 3:45 and told our room would be ready at 4:00 and they would call and let us know when it was ready - over an hour later and several other guests provided room keys - I checked on our room and the front desk attendant said he didn’t have time to call us to let us know our room was ready - very unprofessional.
