Courtyard by Marriott Toledo West

The decor of the room was clean and modern. Bedding was comfy. Large walk in shower design was great. No free breakfast but they do have a cafe and bar on premises. Needed help from front desk to connect to WIFI. Would definitely stay there again/

Always friendly and super clean! Great location

Very good

No clean towels available until late on day 2

Great for an overnight stay. Just what you would expect

The overall experience was 5 stars out of 5 though. I would definitely stay there again! Nice job, folks!

Clean

Specious room and supportive staff. Location and room size.

Location and room size.

The WiFi, internet and cable were out from a storm that happened 2 days ago and the front desk agent didn’t feel it needed to be mentioned until AFTER we checked on and then told me I needed to speak to a manager who was ineffective! Property also looked as if it isn’t well maintained

Lady at front desk was rude.

No wifi service

Air conditioner filters that aren't cleaned make the room smell bad.

Air conditioner filters that aren't...

No WiFi or television due to storm day earlier. Only issue and no ones fault at the facility. Force Mageur.

The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was held back by a few issues. The Wi-Fi was not working properly, and the TV service was also unavailable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hallway had a noticeable unpleasant smell that could use some attention. The staff definitely made the stay better, but the issues with the Wi-Fi, TV, and hallway cleanliness/odor need to be addressed. With those improvements, this could easily be a much better experience.

Great location and hotel

When traveling, accommodations are very important to me. I am familiar with the marriott brand of hotels. They are modern, clean, safe, amenities are adequate but not so big that it drives the cost up. No over the top resort fees. Spacious lobbies and out door seating. Perfect for short, intermediate or long term stay.

Superb

Clean and convenient off the highways. Amenities were newer and looked very modern. The kitchen cashier was great and friendly! Super cook! Had a pool Nice gym. 1.Pool was cold. 2. Did not get maid service-when we asked the front desk for towels and coffee, she apparently expected a tip?! Said under her breath, “that was cold” as we left. 3. A/C started making noises in the middle of the night. Told morning desk person and they said it would be fixed. Was not. 4. Fire pit on patio did not work nor did any of the staff know how to put it on. 5. Not the hotels fault but the condos in the back get their trash container emptied at 6:30 Wednesday mornings. Rude awakening lol.
