Location was perfect. We had a wedding nearby. Beds are very comfortable. Room was very clean. The hotel allowed us to check in early which was appreciated. The rate is really high for the area but I realize that is the case for all the hotels in the area unfortunately.

The hotel never said that they were under construction on their parking lot….. There are no complimentary breakfast….Internet was terrible to access…..

The property and rooms are very clean and staff is extremely friendly and helpful

The place was clean and the employees were very kind. my only complaint is the main parking in front was closed as they were going to be paving it the following morning the employee said. As I left the following morning, there was no pavement being done and at least 15 cars were parked in front of the hotel.

My room was the King standard and had Bed bugs I alerted the front desk at 5am, someone handed me another key to another room but refused to come in to inspect Bed bugs in my room I’m having a terrible time getting compensated

This hotel is usually very good but the parking lot was under construction, Needs signage directing people where to park while until the repaving project is complete.

everything was lovely except the whole front parking lot was being resurfaced and unavailable for use. This was inconvenient but did NOT detract from the property or my stay, HOWEVER a "heads up" email notifying us of this situation would have been a good idea. We would have been prepared and NOT inconvenienced.

Property parking lot is under construction and you have to park way in the back. Also has a door in your that connects adjacent room that is only secured by a door lock. Last guest adjacent was extremely loud and was bumping the door all night. I complained to the front desk just to be told “they know and would call security again …and they had no other rooms available to switch me to” !

green buildup on the ice water machine. There were a couple dirty towels under our sink at checkin and our key cards stopped working on the last night of our stay due to some.sort of system glitch and I had to go back to the front desk to get it fixed.
