Comfort Inn & Suites Tigard near Washington Square

Breakfast ok. Free coffee all was great. Most of the front staff very unfriendly, except for one. Didn't get name ,. But Red head girl so nice friendly and a pleasure to talk to. rude front staff except for one red head. She was great, considering so short staffed they have to do everything

Beutifull new upgraded trims but blatenly obviuas neglect to repair small fixes maintain the building to keep it up to code and obviaus corner cutting on cleaning. Solid breakfast tho... added a star for that. They actualy had multiple choices for protien as well as waffles.

The breakfast was really good. The staff were really rude, the rooms smelt awful, and super outdated.

I didn’t like that our room door was open when we arrived. The bathroom in our room wasn’t very clean the toilet was dirty and we found bugs in the shower and bathroom floor. The bed sheets were not changed. Same with the pillow cases they smelled dirty. Overall the room was not very clean and there was a bad odor. We decided not to have breakfast due to the questionable cleanliness of the facility. I will not book here again.

I made reservation through Expedia, but the receptionist told me the date of reservation was Sept 11, instead of Sept 28. I had to cancel Expedia reservation and re-book the rooms.

Staff was okay but could be more friendly but other things that the rest was good.

Rooms could use a thorough cleaning and change the pillows. Our door was not aligned correctly making it difficult to close the door and the bathroom door as well.

The room across from the ice machine was noisy. The hot water for tea and oatmeal was room temperature.

Totally rude workers I checked it was a pet friendly hotel, I have a Chihuahua, when I paid the $110 this rude lady said I had to pay a xtra $40 for my pet. Absolutely ridiculous. When I arrived at 5:30 pm I walked in to the counter. I had to wait 20 minutes before the lady came in to check me in. I was calling the hotel numerous times and no one ever answered. Bizzarre.

Our room was very cramped, hardly any room to move around. It was not cleaned very well either. A light bulb in the bathroom burned out, the soap and hair shampoo containers were empty. Our key cards had to be recoded every day. The breakfast was the same every day, absolutely no variety. There was only one front desk clerk that was somewhat helpful and friendly. The rest were not particularly friendly and were hardly at the desk. We have stayed there many times in the past but won’t use this hotel again. It’s not worth the lower prices.

Glass shower doors were good. I would like them in the event I stay here in the future. Room layout was reasonable.

The location was good. The beds were okay. It was so dirty and outdated. The bathroom door sticks as you close it and it’s dirty behind it. All grout around the tub and toilet were brown and cracked. The shower curtain was stained and the pillows were crummy. Walls and trim throughout the hotel were dirty. The elevator was scary and icky. Would never stay there again. The breakfast was marginal. The sausage was burned and dry. The eggs were fake and the fruit was old. A family came to breakfast 3 minutes after 9 and rudely turned away. The food was all out. They could have been accommodating. I asked about having housekeeping come. You have to schedule a day ahead??? She did get me towels and said bring the dirty ones down to laundry. Are you kidding me. I said I would leave them in the haul.
