This hotel was very nice, convenient and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel room was okay, but the bathroom was terrible. A big roach came out of the bathtub drain when we turned the water on. The food at breakfast was not that good either. The one of the waffle makers was broken and kept beeping. We ended up going to ihop for breakfast. The staff was nice though!

We only stayed one night after driving all day. The room was clean and the check in was quick. The only issue we had was that our TV did not work so it was uncomfortable having the hotel employee coming in and out of room troubleshooting the TV while we were tired and just wanting to unwind and relax while watching TV. We ended up switching to another room with a working TV.

It was not what I was expecting. As soon as you come into the facility there was an odor. When I got into my room the odor was worse and it was very hot. The AC was set on 78 degrees and the refrigerator did not work. The room was clean but was in need of updating. I went to the front desk to ask where the ice machine was. She informed me where it was and I ask if they had an ice bucket or bag to put some ice in and she said no. I will not be staying there again.

The room did not feel clean. There was no shower curtain. The TV did not work. The room would not cool. There was a random bar stool just inside the door of the room. There were no pillows in the room. There were stains on the sheets. A lot of people just hanging around inside. Few cars in the parking lot but many rooms appeared to be occupied or sound coming from them. I did request someone to look at the TV and bring pillows. That did not happen. We actually ended up leaving and just staying at a different hotel because I knew I would not be able to sleep there.

Trash can had batteries left in there . No shower curtain The room didn’t get cool when we got there at 10:30pm I had to go down twice . 1 for a shower curtain and then ask for another room . The yard maintenance needs some care and vacuuming of the parking lot. It was a sketchy but we ended up staying bc it was so late . Wouldn’t stay there again. Cigarettes butts everywhere .

Facility rather dark inside. Floors really needed sweeping. At breakfast around 635 this morning, watched a staff member drop a stack of styrofoam bowls on the floor. They picked them up off the dirty floor, restacked them and put them out for use.

They really need to get the hot tub fixed if they are going to continue to advertise it. Then, the night I was there there was a pretty good thunderstorm with pouring sideways rain and one of the pipes on the ceiling of the pool room was leaking real bad. Im quite sure if it would have rained anymore that pipe would have come down bringing half the roof with it. And the elevator is filthy. Disappointed.
