Great staff. Very professional. Only concern was housekeeping had mopped the elevator but no signs were put down in front of the elevator nor on the elevator itself. I slipped down onto my knees but caught myself. You need to caution your staff to prevent guest injuries.

Entire floor from elevator to our room was covered with laundry out in the hallway. Got in the room. The smell of mold and mildew was so strong I started getting a headache. Had to wait several hours for a replacement room the be ready. Had to go to twin full size from the king I paid for. Awoke to a breakfast that most hotels provide complimentary. Usually just ok, powdered eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit and yogurt. The same at most hotels. Holiday Inn charges $13. Glad I only stayed one night. I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in a while. Probably won’t again.

Me and my husband stayed for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We had said this in the request option when booking. just to see if they had anything to offer to help the celebration feel just Alittle more special. They went above our expectations they set up the room for us when we arrive so beautiful we loved it so much! It was amazing! We enjoyed the evening then the next morning we had breakfast and it was delicious! Highly recommend for a couples get away
