The halls... The room... No vending machine for snacks... Minimal range...

Enjoyed the stay. Nothing within walking distance for food is the only negative. The lady in the hot leather pants working the bar was totally awesome.

I booked a pool view and the view I got was the view of dirt with a wall up. When I let the receptionist know about the pool view that I booked she told me that was the view that was left, then ultimately changing my view to a pool view but my room smelled like cigarettes smoke!

We were happy with the room and desk service. The ladies at the front desk were great. Disappointed they did not provide free wi-fi.

Breakfast was meh. Have to pay for it. Prepaying isn’t a deal. I wouldn’t. Great pool and beds, but the hot tub wasn’t hot or able to be turned on for our stay. I called to see if this was working before reserving, and they said it did work. However it was down for the time we stayed.

AC was pretty noisy. The dresser drawer kept coming out. The iron table cloth was coming off. Staff did not direct me to the nearest elevator. Elevator broke on my day of departure

I recommend paying beforehand. We got to the hotel at night and the auditor had already closed the system. due to that problem there was a lot of issues with paying and there was problems left and right. Also the hotels bed had a hole and my dad wasn’t able to sleep good. other than that the pool was really nice and so was the hot tub but the next day it didn’t work so :/. the staff was kind of rude but the young lady in the Hijab was super nice she was very kind.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service and staff, meeting all expectations.

Room was clean, hallways have a smell of cigarette. Pool was dirty which what we were looking forward to.

such a horrible experience I couldn’t sleep. I only needed the room for a few hours prior to catching an early flight, but I was so uncomfortable. I hardly got any sleep. The bed was sunken in, and some people in a neighboring room were going in and out and slamming their door all hours of the night. The room looked like it was very cheaply renovated. All of it was awful except for the staff. They were nice.
