Hyatt Place Tempe Phoenix Airport

The staff was very helpful and room was very clean. I’d stay here again.

We had lost luggage at the airport and Karen at the front desk and Miracle (sorry if I didn't get that correct???) who drives the transport van went above and beyond to help us recover it from the airport prior to our connecting flight the next morning. 5-Stars for each of them and our never-ending gratitude!!

Convenient to airport with shuttle service. The complimentary breakfast was even set out at 5:00 am. Nicely decorated. Helpful staff.

The hotel needs a lot of repairs and not very clean

Breakfast wasn’t the best

Everything Nothing

This hotel is pretty convenient! Just less than 10 mins away from PHX airport. Loved that they also offer complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel. Ohh and free breakfast too! I highly recommend this location :)

Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Airport shuttle only runs until 11pm so that is an issue if your flight comes in late, or is delayed.

This hotel surprised me! Very nice for an “airport hotel”. Very close & shuttle worked great.

The included breakfast was okay and had a decent selection. Some of the food was cold, and a few items needed to be refilled more quickly. I think the kitchen staff could be a little more attentive to keeping everything stocked and warm, as well as a bit friendlier with guests. That said, it wasn’t bad at all for a complimentary breakfast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the room, amenities, cleanliness, and service from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location..very good accommodations

Great location and the staff was great.

Exceptional

We were only there for a night, rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good.

Exceptional

The hotel was great except the A/C we could not control the temperature. I reported this to the front desk. Hoping this is not normal.

The perfect airport hotel. Very nice. Great breakfast. 5 stars in the feel good department

I loved my stay. Family friendly and very helpful staff. I didn’t hear any airplanes.
