Beautiful location and beautiful property. Loved that it was located so close to the gondola, as we rode it up to Allred’s for dinner. The suite was massive for 2 people. The living area of the suite was a bit dated with heavy wood furniture and dated window coverings; not a deal breaker at all. The deal breaker was the fact that the year round d heated outdoor pool was not in fact heated. While it looked amazing, it was way too cold to enjoy with nights going into the 40s. Staff explained that there were repairs needed. They were gracious enough to credit our valet parking when we shared how disappointing this was, but….

The hotel is beautiful and is at a great location and has very nice rooms The pool was cold, the bar was closed at 9pm and there was no decent breakfast. Only grab and go muffins and cookies etc. For a hotel with this pricelevel i expect a decent breakfast

Beautiful setting, no question. They no longer have a restaurant, however, so that was disappointing. My room was extremely noisy. I felt my stay was overpriced for what I got. I doubt I will stay here again.

Very clean room For a hotel with “largest spa in Colorado“ , they have no restaurant facility for a breakfast . Grab and go in a stark corridor .

Would have been nice if there was a real restaurant on site. Otherwise we liked it quite a lot.

Enjoyed our stay at the resort. Hotel was very nice, only reason for 4 stars is room was warm and both the ceiling fan and floor fan were noisy.

The hotel is nice however there is no good service on property……no restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a small stand that has some coffee and a vending machine for drinks……very off for a nice hotel/condo. No lobby bar, just a pop up stand over in the corner. It’s like they don’t want you to eat or drink in their facility. Same thing for the golf course!!! No restaurant unless you are a member and get entree to their clubhouse. Fitness and Locker rooms are super nice. There’s a nice outdoor deck and outdoor hot tub and pools, but again no service. Very strange

We had a four night reservation for our 10 yr wedding anniversary. The hot tubs were not working and we were suppose to have a room with a bathtub but we didn’t. The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures. Which we didn’t say anything about or make a big deal of but things just kept compounding. We stayed one night then we had a family emergency and had to leave. We asked the staff about a refund which they were absolutely no help at all. And I understand a no refund policy but these were extraordinary circumstances. They said they don’t give refunds for Holiday weekends. Our reservation was for Sept. 14- 18th. That’s a Monday-Friday. No Holiday that I know of. It was just disappointing that they didn’t have the facility fully running and then not helpful at all when we had something come up. The Valet guys outside were so kind and helpful though. Great guys. And then we got a bill for an extra $190 worth of resort fees and other things I don’t know what any of that means. Definitely would never spend any more of my money at this place.

Great location. Loved the yoga classes. Was sad the pool was closed as heater wasn’t working

great stay! they do charge a hidden resort fee though unfortunately

No restaurant. All local restaurants were closed or terrible

Heated Pool was not heated, staff was not helpful or knowledglable to really answer any questions or give directions. No restaurant services available.....this is unacceptable for a large resort of this caliber. Clean and modern but Expedia needs to be more up front or know whats going on with the resorts the provide access to.
