Room was clean, colorful and the courtyard surrounding was beautiful.

The rooms smelled like mildew and were stuffy. Cracks around the ceiling light fixtures. Water pressure kept going low. Some lights in the room didn’t work. Our room smelled like mildew.

Best place we have stayed in several years. We’ve stayed in Hyatt’s and Westin’s all over Colorado/New Mexico. And we loved this experience the best. The hosts, Paula and Fritz were so friendly and welcoming. My partner was so appreciative of the experience he gifted them with an original water color. We will be back. Next time we will bring fishing poles. Ronda and Ted.

I received a refund and left the property. Grim. No lamps by bed. Florescent lights in room I was shown.
-
clean, dry, warm No coffee (only decaf) was available in the room and the coffee maker had an old pod in it.

The rooms are a testament that some guests dont know guest etiquette - that a guest should leave the room in thr same condition as they found it. Even so there is a need for some basic plant touch ups (Hire an artist! Give them some wood stain, paint and clear acrylic!) The restaurant is adequate. Ok for dinner after a long day of driving But Taos boasts great eateries. The plumbing needs some serious overhauling.

The friendly staff Too nosy all night long

The breakfast was $10.00 with fresh fruit and yogurt, bacon, eggs. Fresh fruit both days. The rooms were dark and drabby. They gave 2 families the same room number and someone was trying to get in our room.

We like the green space where we could sit outside our rooms with our cocktails!!

The first room I was in the key didn't open the door, I had to go back in the lobby and have them activate the key cards. Then the toilet wouldn't flush, the curtains were hanging off the curtain rod, and there were bugs on the bed and all in the room!!! It was NASTY! I called the front desk and they told me that they would send up someone to fix the toilet. We got our bags and went right back in the lobby where I told the lady behind the front desk and told her there are bugs in the room, She smiled and said oh there beetles from the trees, there all around in Taos. I told here I don't give a F--- I don't want or sleep with BUGS! and the toilet doesn't work and curtains are hanging off the rod! I want another room, I was furious! The front desk lady but us in a suite, were there was dead BUGS in the bathroom and the TV didn't work!!! IT WAS THE WORST AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE NEVER TO STAY AT THIS BUG INFESTED HOTEL!!!! WHAT A DUMP!!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!!

I did not like that everything was broken, or that it had bed bugs. It was also very dirty.

The room was quite adequate. The shower was a walk in that I think was set up for handicapped access which I like even though I’m not handicapped. Bed was fine and air conditioning/heating worked well. It was a corner room next to a stairwell and we heard some noise at odd hours but overall the room was fine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room needed a thorough cleaning and maintenance.

The size of the room was perfect for the 5 of us. However, we could not get one of the tvs to work and the faucet in one of the bathrooms came off. We asked several times for someone to come up and fix them, but no one ever came. I will say that when we checked out and mentioned all of this, the woman at the desk gave us coupons for 5 complimentary breakfasts at the Sagebrush in. The breakfast was excellent.

Clean, but run-down. No shower curtain. Only 1 of the 2 desk lamps worked. Door to balcony was unsafe, flimsy lock and unsecured. Grounds were nice!

It was good

Room was next to the pool and parking was plentiful. The room we were in was right by an exterior door, which I thought might be problematic, but it really wasn't a big deal. However, the room was also next to the stairs, and as it turns out, it was under the second landing/stairs. So, as a result, it was extremely noisy. Unfortunately, a large wedding party was active until the wee hours, so people kept going up and down the stairs until quite late (early?).
