There was no coffee macchine in the room and also I orders breakfast got charged extra tips and service charge and took forever to arrive.

how dirty the carpet was. Tub didn’t drain. AC didn’t work. I will say that the staff was wonderful, everyone at the front desk, the valet - all very personable and helpful. But very frustrated at the amount that I paid to stay at this “luxury” hotel and it was not well maintained at all.

Rooms are a little dated. No USB or USB-C chargers and not many accessible plugs but if that’s the worst then not bad at all. Nice location and shuttle to the airport is a big help.

The photos of the pool were inaccurate as there was no pool. The room was nice. But the hotel itself is combined with office spaces. Definitely not somewhere you bring your family. This hotel is better for corporate stays or flight attendants needing a nice room for the night. We were also charged twice for valet parking and try to get it disputed and they told us they would call to get it figured out and never did.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. None of the food and drink venues were open until 4:00. We were starving, but a sweet young lady in the bar managed to find us some sandwiches. The handicap room really wasn't. It had a tub that a handicap person couldn't get into. I barely had room for my wheelchair. The bed was so high I almost couldn't get into it.
