Hyatt House Tampa Downtown

The staff were phenomenal! The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly sweet and empathetic and changed my room to one that is handicap accessible when he saw my walker and wheelchair. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond, when he noticed my situation. I did not ask for a different room than the one I booked. But, he knew I would be more comfortable in the room he moved me to. I have no complaints

Rooms are clean, spacious, beds are comfortable. Great location. Excellent customer services. They need tu upgrade pillows, to to soft and flat. Breakfast was ok. They need more varieties.

Your staff was excellent ! Very friendly and extremely helpful. One of the best travel experiences I've had! The only thing that could've been better is if you were running a shuttle to and from the airport.

Exceptional

Very close to the river walk. There are not many places to shop (we had to uber to Walmart) unless you drive away from the downtown area, but overall everything was really nice.

I would definitely stay here again The staff was friendly the rooms were clean. It was an awesome visit. Thanks again.

Very good

The elevator was broke the day I arrived! I had three pieces of luggage and a flight of steep stairs to climb to get to the front desk. Fortunately, a staff member came to my rescue and helped with the luggage, but I had to manage with my two bad knees on my own. I was TRAPPED! The food was so, so. My breakfast omelet was hard and brownish gray. My stay was completely ruined.

It was a nice relaxing stay. The hotel was clean and beautiful It was a furry my little pony convention and I was unaware it was going to be that. So it was not as relaxing as I hoped for a romantic get away

location was really good, room was great. There is a lady who ran the bar - she was amazing. Breakfast wasnt great

The property was exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The breakfast service was excellent, with attentive staff ensuring a clean environment and proactively addressing guest needs. Furthermore, the valet team provided outstanding service, ensuring my vehicle was prepared and promptly available for my departure.

The city view was amazing, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good everyday, Starbucks downstairs was very convenient. My brand new Jordan’s got soaking wet in the rain after the football game and they bought a box fan to the room so they could dry. Don at the front desk was very helpful and gave me a cookie for my birthday. We skipped on valet and parked at the 717 parking lot on the corner next to the hotel and had easy access to loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance and also the river walk was a block or 2 away walking.

The staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a good variety of food. We used the valet service and they were wonderful. They worked very hard to get everyone’s car in a timely manner. The pool just looked very dirty. I am not sure if it was from the recent rain of just always looked that way, so we need not utilize the pool. The pool is the reason for only 4 stars.

Great stay but air conditioner didn’t work in the room. It was very hot and uncomfortable.
