Marriott Syracuse Downtown

This hotel is so beautiful on the inside. It has amazing views outside the window and everyone here is friendly.

The room was clean, the staff was super helpful, the hotel is a gorgeous with an old historic feel! We loved staying there !

Very disappointed. Arrived and watched someone being arrested outside. My daughter and I felt very unsafe. Expedia authorized our cancellation and the hotel is claiming I checked in. I would not recommend this location.

Very good

I highly recommend this hotel. Its a beautiful old building that looks like it has been renovated within the past 5 to 8 yrs. It does have some wear due to its age, but the renovations kept the old hotel's charm and grandiose feel. Conveniently located and there is a lovely restaurant and a pub downstairs. Our room was spacious and clean, included a fridge, iron and board, coffee maker and safe. The older building is very quiet.
