Lovely, spacious clean room and a Free breakfast

Breakfast was minimal. Our mattress had a hole in the side of it. Not happy.

Beautiful room Lots of doors and stairs to haul language around

Property was okay. Helpful staff. But our room was old. Why coffee pot in bathroom..seems unsanitary?
-
Very nice area. We were in one of the older rooms but it was clean & comfortable.
-
The hotel was located in a convenient area. Check in was easy. The room was very large and clean. Great place to stay.
-
Very nice accommodations but under some renovations. We were there off season so this was expected.
-
We liked the beds and fireplace. We felt misled as there were no restaurants or lounges on site, no spa staff to assist, the place was nearly empty, it was run down, sign said the facility is under construction while the signs claiming there were still dining options remained. I only saw one staff person in the huge complex.

Clean room. Just wish they would either update the pictures or update the place......

2. Magnet key stopped working 5 times so we bothering reception to issue a new key— I assume they have to repair lockers. 3.

It's very dated Needs an update or upgrade. The rugs are stained, wood work is chipped or broken. Taps in the bathroom were not "snug" The shower head needs to be replaced as it doesn't flow well.

Overpriced for a mediocre room and paltry breakfast

Overpriced for a mediocre room...

They are renovating it slowly and I imagine it is a huge undertaking. I felt the signage was lacking and hard to figure out where our room was and where to park. Front desk staff were kind of rude. I wouldn’t stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Piscine intérieure en travaux et non accessible. Le petit dejeuner est vraiment le minimum. L’hôtel laisse l’impression générale d’être vieillissant. Choisissez un motel sans service trois fois moins cher et vous ne verrez pas la différence.
