Check in was easy and simple. My room was clean and the linen was clean. The area was perfect for shopping

The first room we were shown reeked of pot so we had to be moved. Anther couple had a similar issue and had to move their room twice. The room's bed linens and toilet were the only thing clean in the entire room. Mold was growing on the ceiling, white foreign substances on the nightstand, biological drips all over the bathroom walls, towels from the previous guests behind the toilet. Guests beware!

Coffee, milk, and juice was provided as well. Power went out from a storm for about 6 hours, there was no back up generator. My friends picked us on one day and when we got back our room was flooded with water. They came to look & told me my tea had wasted out of the refrigerator, well it hadn't. How could a single quart of tea flood a room? I was offered another room but I had cleaned that one up so I asked them to just take care of the water. The solution was to throw a bunch of towels on the floor and leave them. I requested reimbursement for the time of having no power, told No!

The facility says smoke free. The room smell just like cigarettes smoke went to complain got another room. It was a little better but still smell like smoke went to purchase air freshener and Lysol and other stuff to clean the room. The bed was horrible it squeaked every time you moved. I’m glad I only had to stay one night. I don’t recommend staying here.

staff was very responsive and friendly----very helpful giving us good directions to our final destination waffles were the only hot food---there was a family with 4 kids and at 3 minutes make each waffle we had to wait almost 20 minutes to have breakfast-----need more varietyin hot foods------also twe were in the dining room very early---ran out of coffee, orange juice and waffle maker ------while reponse to refill was very good it just made our breakfast longer

The refrigerator had towels in it because it was leaking I was unable to use it the phone wasn’t working I lost the first night stay due to car trouble and I was able to get in contact with them to explain so I lost a night pay. They said it was due to me reserving through a 3 rd party company but you should still be able to contact staff wasn’t happy about that

TV was not working properly. I have never been at a hotel where I could not get local tv channel to come in. This was a first. Seemed like only channel that worked was Leave it Beaver. Was not able to park at my door due to large semi tractor parked near my room door. I should not have to navigate around something like that. Breakfast was very limited. Choices were waffles, two options for cereal, apples. Not sure I will every go back to this location.

Some things need to be replaced like shower curtain and the door to the room need more Weatherization and sound proofing. Other that if was comfortable.
