Kind people quiet place and peaceful. I would go there again!

No Bath towel, never came by to tidy to room, had to ask for towels, no one at the front desk. Had to call a phone number or ring the doorbell and then the older woman would come out to open the door. No complimentary breakfast as advertised, the beds were very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on springs.

I never take the time out to write a bad review. If I have nothing good to say I won’t say anything. At all. I also have been on a road trip and have stayed and cheap and basic hotels. I am very easy going. However, the hotel was so terrible I felt it my duty to warn anyone else. Do not stay here. I was lead to a room in the back up a super sketchy set of stairs. At top of the stairs case were two wet and moldy old computer chairs. The room had an exposed air conditioner covered in dust. The lobby smelled terribly of mildew. I had to sleep with the window open bc my allergies .. I had to go downstairs and ask for pillow cases .. the water took forever to heat up, wifi was non existent. I would have been willing to lose my money and book somewhere else , however i couldn’t find any other dog friendly options in the close vicinity. The pictures have to be about 25 years old or AI.

Rude front desk clerk. Bedroom smelled terribly. Train runs by properly all night. I would not stay here again.

The first room we were assigned smelled like a marijuana warehouse so we changed rooms. The next room was next to the owners son who was yelling on a phone till two am and smoking right in front so the A/C kept blowing the smoke into our room (we had to turn off the unit). There was exposed wiring for the bedside lamps. This was a terrible place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is the worst place we have stayed in the 20yrs.

My sister and I booked a quick inn for the night as we were traveling for some hours that day, and we were extremely disappointed in the services provided. We were given a room key for the first room we looked at, and the room had empty beer cans, as well as a pizza box that wreaked, all over the floor; it looked like someone was still residing in this room. The second room we were given ALSO looked like someone had still been residing there, as there were glasses of water sitting everywhere and the bed sheets were tossed all over the place. We were then given a third room, which was an upgrade from the others due to the previous mishaps, which we settled with because the beds were made and it looked a little more cleaned up than the other rooms. Our front door did not close all the way, the floors made our socks very dirty and black, the shower faucet was extremely broken and spouting water EVERYWHERE. I did not enjoy this inn whatsoever and the best I can say about this place was being able to sleep in an uncomfortable bed for a few hours that night. Just about everything! The front desk agent was helpful in giving us an upgrade for our third attempt at getting a clean room, but that is all I appreciated about this inn.

Walking distance from downtown where there is lots of good restaurants. Where to start? I first got a phone call at 3pm saying that if I wasn't there by 7pm, they would cancel my reservation and sell it over. Then I have been welcomed by a barefoot guy on the phone who never hung up as I checked in, and found out my room (that was gonna be resold) was not even ready yet. The guy rushed me out of the office so he could get back on the phone. After a 10 minutes cleaning, my room was ready, omg I have never stayed in a hotel room this dirty!!! The toilet bows was sparkling piss and shit, the floor was actually sticky, the bed sheets were not even smelling fresh, I almost went to sleep in my car. Leave ! Do not book this place ! Spend $30 more and go somewhere else !!!!!!

Short walking distance to downtown Stevenson. Friendly front desk man who was able to arrange an upgraded room due to a double room booking. Residential neighborhood behind Inn was safe for walking with deer, birds, squirrels and a great view across the Columbia Gorge. Dogs allowed. Front office hours sometimes require phoning the front desk for service. Busy highway and railroad traffic noise. Mattress could use replacement. No on-site dog potty area provided.

Between when I made reservation and our stay, it looks like ownership and name changed. Other than location, there was not much to recommend it The facility was run down, the rooms weren’t ready at check in and most had not been cleaned. The one staff person seemed overwhelmed and largely kept the foyer door locked. I think he posted no vacancy even though there were rooms unoccupied but no way to clean them. The carpets in the room were filthy. This place needs a major renovation. no vacancy

This hotel cancelled my room because I didn't confirm my reservation. I never received a phone call or email from them. I had no idea that my reservation was cancelled until I arrived at the hotel. I scrambled and found another hotel. But, Capital O Stevenson Inn Riverside charged me for the room. I'm still fighting with the hotel and Expedia to get a refund. Never ever book with this hotel they overbooked their hotel and left people stranded. They will give your room away to anyone who arrives before you. Hopefully Expedia will help me get a refund and stop offering this hotel as it is very dirty and they have terrible people skills.

The person at the desk gave me the key to a room someone was already in! How crazy! Other than that, things were fine.

Location was ok Scummy. Felt dirty, one bed was totally dilapidated. Mattress was sunk in and felt worse than a hammock. A/C barely worked. Room stunk.
-
The cost, the incompetence of the staff, the room had black mold around the tub.
-
Location No one in office when I arrived. Room wasn't cleaned when I got there. There for 5 days and no one cleaned room or brought towels the whole time.
