Mint House St. Petersburg Downtown by Kasa

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Central to everything, extremely walkable. My only complaint is that having to move my car around did get kind of old. Valet parking is exorbitant at $40 a day. Luckily downtown has tons of free parking options right around the hotel, so if you time it right you can park easily for free overnight. It’s very central to a lot of nightlife, so expect to hear some noise at night. Surprisingly things calmed down even on weekends around midnight.

Hotel was very clean and a very short walk to Tropicana Field.

Very central located. Nice pool! And loved the washer and dryer!

Amazing hotel super clean and close to everything definitely booking another stay!

The best fairly priced place I’ve ever stayed! The pool was the perfect temperature.

The hotel is super close to amazing shopping, restaurants and activities! Clean and had a full in suite kitchen and spacious bathroom. Even a private balcony! Easy to check in and access only downside was parking there’s only a valet option available.

Great location! Super clean rooms and property. Friendly staff. Was super convienient from start to checkout and close to all kinds of restaurants, bars and shops.

Nice stay, clean great location

Had to wait for staff to show at desk to check in. Valet was very slow. Bed was Ok at best. TV did not have regular channels. Room temperature was an issue as it would not stay at my selected temp. Could hear the noise as vehicles drove by.

Says sleeps 4. My son tried sleeping on pull out couch. Uncomfortable and squeaked all night. Should change listing ti sleeps two in the bed. That’s it!

It's very nice

Best to arrive before 9pm. Loved it all close to so much, cafes, bars and restaurants. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because the hotel store didn’t have a lot to offer. No beers no bar. Would definitely book again ! Loved it.

Everything was great. It just took time to get your car from valet but expected

The location, the room, and staff were all really great. Would book again.

Great place if you're going to the Rays game like a 5 min walk and reasonably priced

The location was great and the price was really good for the area. The only drawback was parking. The valet was expensive and we had to wait an hour to get our car. Street parking is limited to 2 hours. The valet company needs to provide for valets to accommodate guest. The garage down the road is $20.00 a day. Consider that instead of the valet. We ended up getting our key from the valet and walking to get our car.

The only downside was the dirty cooktop, but the rest of the room was spotless—such an amazing location near Tropicana Field!

I wasn’t feeling well the day of my check-out, and I asked for one hour late check-out, and they wanted $36.

I was only there for the night but the property was great. About a 5 minute walk to Tropicana field. Room was very clean and a nice view.

Great location! Great place to stay! Only con is parking
