Parking Water pressure not good.

Breakfast was the highlight of this stay.

Stayed here with my family of 6 after watching the Tampa Bay Rays ball game. Easy parking, helpful staff, simple hotel, OK buffet breakfast, good location.

The room was very nice, largest double queen plus sofa bed we've ever had! The beds were comfortable, however the mattress on the sofa bed was ancient, and VERY thin - really needs replacing. Our daughter put the sofa cushions on top of the mattress, but didn't sleep well at all. Also, we wanted to use the EV charger, but there were 2 cars already in place when we arrived at 9pm. So my husband checked in the morning, and one spot had a different car plugged in and was charging. The other spot had one of the cars from the night before still sitting there, but was NOT charging! That person should have moved their car so someone else could use it. The manager has a "key" needed to start the charger, but they need a way to know when charging has stopped so the owner can move their car. My husband said Tesla chargers give you 5 minutes to unplug and then they start charging a fine if you don't unplug and move your car. Hotel chargers are SLOW, but people need to re-park ASAP in the morning so someone else can use it.

The breakfast was amazing with many options to eat, great variety of food all clean, fresh and delicious.

I was charged twice for my stay, once was prepaid with my Mastercard! Then I was charged on my debit card which was only supposed to be for incidentals.

My initial room that was on the second floor had a strong mold smell from the A/C unit. The staff was quickly able to accommodate me and get me a different room on a different floor. My only issue with that room was that the toilet stopped working. The staff once again did amazing was able to get maintenance to come in and fix the issue. Other than that, checking in and out was relatively quick. Breakfast was great, just make sure you get downstairs at a reasonable time and they usually bring out more food during that time. Staff at the front desk were extremely kind and personable. Parking spots can get filled quickly at night so it's better to come earlier in the day for your reservation.

The room was clean and the breakfast was solid. The front desk staff did not impress. They did not greet when we first got there and When I went to compliment breakfast (great gluten free and dairy free choices) front desk barely acknowledged and I'm not sure the message got to to the kitchen staff. The AC in the room woke me up every time it kicked on. It was sounded like a jet engine at times it was so loud.

All was good and clean except that the bed mattress was very firm and uncomfortable for sleeping.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We appreciated the variety and quality of the complementary breakfast food. The complementary EV charging was a very nice perk.

the website said it rooms 5, so i expected a couch or pull out bed to be avabilable. when i mentioned that the website said it rooms 5, they did not offer a cot. we were fortunate that we had a blow up mattress.
