Good

It's poor all the way around not kept up at all

The hall and the room smelled of smoke.

I was only there to sleep and did not use any of the amenities. The noise from the highway and the trains was louder than at most hotels I have stayed at.

Location was excellent. We were only 5 miles from the Dome, and it was easy to get to. I had despaired of finding a room with the conference so full! It was a gift to find your hotel!

Seemed clean. But coffee maker didn't work. Tv only had maybe 4 channels pool closed. No breakfast.

Stayed for one night. Not a place for an extended stay for me. Facility is old but relatively clean. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Would not stay here again.

Comfortable bed and room. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

Room smelled of old smoke staff very helpful but basic hotel

I used this property for a business conference that was downtown. The distance to downtown was short. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent and helpful. As I like a room extremely cold, the air conditioning was great! I didn't like the smell of the carpet in the hallway and the side doors were being worked on. Other than that, the property was in great condition.

I don't recommend this property.

No breakfast Cleaner

Not the best stay. Mostly clean. Very outdated. No blow dryer. Definitely not worth the price. Very noisy. Traffic noise all night.

I didn’t talk much to staff but they seemed friendly.

Todo el hotel tenia un fuerte olor a tabaco, aun la habitación. Algo había en la habitación que mi esposa y yo amanecimos con piquetes. La piscina estaba fuera de servicio.

Everyone and everything was great Nothing

Staff changed our room to first floor. Friendly staff, clean room, good location. Would book again showing its age but seemed well maintained

Free parking was a plus. The hotel needs updating. The carpet throughout was heavily stained and loose in spots. Certain areas smelled heavily of air freshener. The hotel bed was saggy. There were not enough towels in the room. When we asked for extra, the front desk did not want to give any. Also, they refused additional pillows. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The carpet was so gross, to walk barefoot left your feet with a film.

Room was in poor condition, definitely inadequate for the price. Elevator in poor condition and odorous. Desk staff was nice.
