Courtyard by Marriott St Louis Creve Coeur

Room was very clean! My mom was a housekeeping manager so she's made sure I know how to check the room cleanliness, and it was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable, mini fridge stayed super cold, the shower was beautiful, clean, and had good pressure. LOVED the balcony and watching all the planes fly over. Pretty quiet inside & outside, minus mild traffic outside. Absolutely will stay here again. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and businesses located pretty close.

I was disappointed that there was not a pool. The web site I reserved from stated there was a pool. Did not like not having a free breakfast. Most hotel offer at least a continental brft. The coffee offered in rooms was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful with an issue I had with a room charge. The grounds were beautiful and parking was convenient.

Clean room

The hotel was at max capacity and was transitioning to a new computer system (day 1) and there were no additional personnel or management staff helping the two ladies at the front counter. It was unfortunate, as Angie was handling it like a champ...though she was a piece of meat thrown to a pride of angry lions. Normally this hotel is on point, but senior leadership failed their staff this week.

Surprised to find out that the property had charged me for a parking fee of $10 a night, for a total of $30, this was a suburban location not a downtown hotel. Sadly I had to pay the fee. Probably will not stay at any Marriott hotel property’s in the future.

The staff was so friendly, especially the woman that works at the cafe in the morning, loved her We had issues with our first room. The doors did not work correctly. They moved us to a second room that was next to an ice maker that also did not work properly. It ran constantly and woke us up several times

The room was very nice, clean. The grounds are beautiful! Easy access to room, plenty of parking spaces.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly! We stayed with a baby and they offered us a pack and play for him to sleep in at night. We would stay here again.

Good hotel, but we didn’t like there was no complementary breakfast.
