Liked location of hotel and amount of space in room. Walls paper thin. Could hear people in the other room next to me as if I was next to them and they were so loud. Hair dryer was a bit useless.

It was convenient for travel. I thought all the staff were moody. We booked a room that was stated as having a bath , went up to the allocated room & it had a shower instead. The room was also so cold with the air con blasting. Managed to change rooms, but not without the manager being involved and we were moved to a room that felt grubby and dark. Some stains on the bedding. When I booked the reviews looked great, but I’ve had much friendlier, cleaner stays in St G. Wouldn’t visit again.

The staff was great at checkin. Two school buses were checking in ahead of me and the staff worked wonderfully to get everyone into their rooms quickly. The room was quiet and comfy. The breakfast was just okay (I'm a vegetarian so limited options) and no peanut butter. It was close to Snow Canyon State Park and a park where I wanted to hike so it all worked out well.

The room was clean, the Staff was friendly, the parking was convenient and ample. I am gluten-free and just wish there had been a gluten free bread of some kind offered. I am also dairy-free and egg-free so all I could eat at breakfast was the sausage!
