The staff were all exceptional. And, unlike the last two places we stayed elsewhere, everything at the facility was in really good shape and not in disrepair at all. We had a great time. Oh, we did have trouble a tiny bit figuring out the bathtub drain plug, but no big deal.

Folded sofa has terrible mattress, you can feel all metal structure under it. They need to change it for thicker mattress.

Staff is always supportive and always greets us and remembers we have stayed before edguardo st the front desk is always so polite n takes care to see if we need anything and when we leave ensures we had a good stay..so thank you for that !

Staff all seemed very nice. Our floor in our room was absolutely filthy. Our kids feet were BLACK from walking around. We used a white rag to clean the area by the door and it turned VERY gray. It was disgusting. Also the water stop in the tub didn't work, which made it very difficult to bathe our young child. The beds were also very uncomfortable, probably the worst we have ever had at any hotel.
