They do NOT offer airport shuttle and that was one of the main reasons for booking!

I think the bef gave us bed bugs. We woke up with multiple bites all over our body’s.

Spa didn’t work, key card pad for stairs didn’t work, smoke alarm went off at 10:00 pm, room smelled of mildew and only one poor girl there to handle all of it… I don’t usually write anything negative but it was too much to overcome so we drove the 2 hours home and got home after midnight

Everything was great. The staff and facility.

The TV only had maybe 8 channels that worked. We asked and were told that they were switching providers. I’ve switched providers and either you have all the channels provided or none, not just a few. Also, if you are switching, you don’t cancel current provider until new provider is set up.

The room as clean. Staff very friendly. The breakfast had many choices. The best thing about the stay was the COMFORT of the beds. I could have stayed longer just to stay in the bed. It was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. Thank you for a great experience after a long journey on the road.

Absolutely the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. First the room stunk so bad that we had to wash all our clothes when we got to our destination. The carpet was dirt. We arrived late ready to go to bed. The air conditioning wasn’t on. So, the room was to hot to sleep. Then the next morning we didn’t have any hot water. I took a cold shower and my friend said it was too cold for her to take one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is not in the best area. There was no coffee at 7:30am, I had to wait 10 minutes for it. My room was very clean, though a little older and outdated. The TV did not work properly.

That it was clean Was comfy and close to where we need to go

The whole room seemed to have a weird smell that apparently was coming thru the ventilation system. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was the breakfast was spot on, hot and very good.

The signal on the TV didn’t work. There was a hole in the ceiling of our shower.

Hot water was out when we arrived and iffy the next morning

The staff was the most wonderful out of the experience. We ended up not having hot water due to them flushing the system and they forgot to turn the valve back on. Which it happens and we understand that. The assistant manager chelsea ended up upgrading our rooms and offered us points on our choice rewards because of it. We appreciate their patience and understand making the trip better then we hoped for

They didn’t make the bed 2 days in arrow

The lady at the front desk was going to leave me and my friend(two teenage girls) stranded rather than inform us that we could get parental approval for our stay. We had to find that out on our own after she told us there was nothing she could do. Regarding the room there was blood on the toilet paper that was set out to be used, and it was overall not a good experience.

Their website said hotel shuttle but when we checked in they didn’t offer one before 7am. Then they did not refund our money even though we didn’t stay there.
