Nice staff and clean for the most part

It was not the cleanest hotel and the workers were not friendly. Would pick somewhere else for next trip

The room wasn’t the least bit tidy. There wasn’t a fabric surface without a white crusty substance in more than one spot. It smelled. The other 1/2 of my party refused to stay, forfeited their money and went elsewhere. So bad

The lady at check-in was extremely helpful. I asked for a receipt, the printer jammed. She won the battle and I returned from dinner and a receipt was waiting. Very friendly staff. Reserve early, fills up quick.

The breakfast offering was very substandard and quite limited. The tv stations were very limited and of poor quality.

It is really nice to have breakfast available. They had bagels, cold and hot cereals, Juices and coffee/tea plus the basic sides. It's not the Ritz but the rooms are comfortable and the price is right. We stay there most times we stay in Reno.

The place seemed a little worn, could use some updating. Price was higher than last year and it was not a great value.

Arrived late but front desk was nice and welcoming. The suite was massive for the price, which created a more homey feel. Biggest downside is general feeling of cleanliness. The carpets make you want to keep your shoes on and the sheets were oddly worn and scratchy. There was some questionable stains in the bathroom but given the brief stop through it was great. Would book again for a quick trip.

A good, fairly priced place to stay in Reno if you want easy parking, restaurant on site and don’t want to deal with casino resorts.

Room was dirty when we arrived with food? or something on the floors and cracks in the floor gave me a splinter in my foot. Some of the outlets in the room were no working. We were put on the third floor but the elevator was out of service. Breakfast was also falsely advertised and was more like grab and go snack items not a continental breakfast as I would understand it. Staff was very nice hence my reason for 3 stars rather than 2 or 1.
