There were bedbugs in our bed.

Older property, in need of some renovations; however, it was clean and in a great location.

The hotel itself was fine. The staff initially was pleasant. But it wasn't until after we left that I find out that I was charged twice for the same room and neither the hotel NOR booking.com want to take responsibility. I am pissed. The hotel blamed Booking.com and implied that I was to blame for the error because I booked through a 3rd party and not with the hotel directly.

The property was in a good area. It was not very clean, I expected it to be much better for the price, I got a suite and as soon as I got in the room I could feel crumbs on the carpet I wiped the small dining table and wipe was really dirty, when house keeping came they said they changed the sheets after two days of us being there but they did not I made the bed myself that morning, house keeping did not clean well, sofa and sofa bed very uncomfortable.

Hot water takes 20 minutes to reach the north end of the hotel. Motion sensors on the thermostat means that the room is very hot when you get to the room at the end of the day. Work out room AC is broken. One washing machine has been broken for at least 2 months.

Great front desk assistance. Breakfast was excellent!

Parking fee and treat shop prices are HIGH. I mean resort fees high. I mean statecfaire price high.

The sheets on one bed looked like a kid had colored on them , their were stains everywhere

My suite was not cleaned properly! I found eyelashes under the sheets. The person stayed before me left there personal items. I turn it in to one of the housekeepers. The room was very dusty and pool was dirty not what it appears to be on the website! I paid$602.00 it was not worth the pay! If clean yes but it want cleaned!

There were ants in the room. And a few more small things but nothing major.

Loved the room I didn’t like that they ran out of towels my kids couldn’t take showers
