Suite had no sofa bed. Only two chairs. When asked about it they said it was broken and they couldn’t do anything and said that since I booked through a third party I’d already paid way less than the room was worth so no refund or changes could be made. I felt like because I booked through third party they gave me lesser treatment. The staff was often missing from the desk and not very professional.

I felt like the fault was of the hotel management rather than the staff as it seem they were understaffed and the ones that were there were overwhelmed. I would not recommend to stay there if you have better options.

Breakfast was missing bacon on breakfast buffet. Only had turkey sausage which was a disappointment. Room was great.

Very clean hotel and room. Pool area and water were clean. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

Room was very comfort and the staff was great. Nice location not far from St Louis but not into the city. Great places to shop and eat around the area We have stayed here in the past and will stay here again.

It ok but nothing fancy and not worth the amount I was charged. Work being done on 2nd floor no in-room coffee have to go down to get it. Breakfast would have been OK if there were eggs but took too long fir them to come out for what I was chatged I expected more than what I got.

Plenty of towels bathroom needed Body wash otherwise it's Super Clean and Bedding Awesome.

I booked a suite and the room was very spacious and clean! The breakfast was amazingly good! Staff was nice from check-in, lady stocking breakfast, to check-out. I would definitely stay here again. The only complain I have would be the mattress on the pull out couch. I could tell as soon as I pulled it out that it was very worn out. I just laid my hand on it and could feel the springs. I didn't even try laying on it because I knew it wasn't going to be comfortable.

Room key was given to another guest and they were entering the room while we were there. Thankfully the latch was on the door.
