Our room was clean but did have a musty odor and we did buy an air freshener. We didn’t say anything about it. Breakfast was sufficient and the location was decent to get to downtown Louisville, Bardstown, and even when we drove to Buffalo Trace. The town has lots of restaurants that stay open late too.

My room was clean and tidy. I was surprised that my room had a jacuzzi hot tub. I followed the instructions exactly but the jets would not turn on. This was disappointing. Other than that, it was great

That we could get 2 rooms for louder than life festival 1 room smelt like mold, the complimentary breakfast was terrible and cost was outrageous for the accommodation

Hotel needs some updating, there appeared to be mold on the vent in the bedroom. There was a hide a bed but no covers or pillows to use for it.

We had gum stuck to our wall above TV, windows with greasy handprints, 2 beds- one coverlet had multiple stains at the head area- gross, so we pulled back the other coverlet and there was food crumbs under it/above the all season blanket- gross again. The bath vent surprisingly worked but was packed with sticky dust we couldn't brush it away, so we pulled it down an inch to let it breathe to pull out shower humidity. Air worked fine although it did end up feeling muggy. Breakfast was not worth a reason to stay. Will book with another chain the next visit.

Though the room was clean it had an awful musty smell that never went away. It was quiet. Breakfast the first day was not good. Sausage was all raw in the middle. Breakfast the second day was better.

We have stayed here several times, but this time was different. seems the hotel is starting to go downhill. Not horrible but definitely not what I have experienced in the past. The toilet rocked back and forth, the room was extremely humid, and the shower had several mold areas along the bottom of the wall. It can be a great place to stay if management stays on top of things needing to be fixed or cleaned or replaced.

Definitely needs upgraded fasure. Small older tv, wobbly toilet seat, bath tub don't hold water. Breakfast is ok, if long hair white guy is working food good, the others working, not so good.. way over priced. Top it off, there was no pool, no kind of rebate was offered. Not a recommended at all.

Owner was horrible beds were hard and not comfortable we asked for extra pillows and he threw a fit and gave us 1 tiny pillow do not recommend this place to anyone at all

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre same thing every day. The fan in the bathroom did not work, but staff took care of that. Room was actually over cleaned, had an odor of disinfectant and without the fan working the first night, we had to open the windows and the door to the hallway to help air out the room.

Sam who checked us in fixed us up with a disability room on the first floor for both nights. We will be returning next year for the same event and will request room 116.
