Jason, Mackenzie and Fabio were absolutely the best front of the house hotel greeting desk I have ever encountered. Supper professional and also very accommodating with reviews, towels always greeted with a smile and a goodnight!

Hotel was one of the finer ones have stayed in. Clean and quiet, and the breakfast was plentiful. They even have room entry doors with slow close hinges on them so they don’t bang when they close on their own. Big screen tv and walk in showers. Lobby was a good size for hanging out .. Will stay again

We were greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk individual. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious! The Mystic Lake Amphitheatre is within walking distance from the hotel, approximately one mile. It is a safe and well-lit area. The breakfast was decent, not a ton of options, but was sufficient. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we are in the area.

The location was great along with quite atmosphere We had no room service despite asking 3 times to the manager and head of the cleaning department.

Breakfast was ok but should have plain bread and butter available. Room was clean but floors in the bathroom and entry area needed to be cleaned.

Check in was easy. Rooms were close to each other like requested. Rooms were very clean; very comfortable beds. Good location. Easy to get to Shakopee (Renaissance Festival). Needed extra blankets, staff brought them to our room. Great place to stay. There was nothing we were unhappy with.

New Modern and clean. Nice location to Canterbury and new amphitheater and to Boardwalk restaurant and bar Good hotel coffee. Offered inclusive breakfast but we didn’t eat it. The bed is not very firm or plush And the shower head was worn and little water pressure. No lotion in the bathroom
