Location was great for what we needed and wanted. the room was not very clean when we arrived at the location, we told the desk and they said they had no rooms available to move into, so we had to wait until the morning for the room to be cleaned.

I travelled with my Daughter for a concert at Madison Square Garden. We drove 14 hours and I wasn't comfortable driving in Manhattan at the time we were arriving. This hotel worked out perfectly for us. The bus is right across the street. $10.00 per person for a return ticket. It runs from 6 am until 1 am so we had no issues getting back and forth. Highly recommend and will be staying again.

The BW plus was great! I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty good continental breakfast. Location was perfect, on a good day it's only a 20 minute ride into NYC. The hotel is situated between a mall, Walmart and plenty of restaurants. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and relaxing place to stay, this is it!
