Room was really nice and beds super comfy. The harsh lighting in the lobby bar area. No atmosphere. Also, for some reason the restaurant was closed.

Any coffee of juice ( small glass ) was charged extra ! The booking was very disorganized ( had to check in twice for the same room )

The hotel is good is you want to go for cruise other wise nothing special except crowds coming and going to cruise everyday and cruise ship block you window which we were charged for ocean views

the location is wonderful The furniture/ couches in the lounge area are very dirty , worn out , and gross. They should be replaced.

The hotel was excellent and well used by both cruisers and business due to a convention centre next door. That said very good. Staff excellent. Very little around but only a short walk up to Pike st market and the wider seafront attractions. The highlight of our stay was bonking billy and his girlfriend in the room adjacent who seem to be on steroids or something and who were at it every night and added to the "vibe " of the place. A climax to our stay I guess! Needless to say acoustic properties of the communal wall not good. Our room (346) had pride of place with stunning views over the waterfront harbour, pier 66 and generally people watching. Would I stay here again yes probably.

The hotel was very busy so there was quite a wait for our rooms to be ready and the food availability was not great There were restaurants within walking distance but my husband and I opted to have a sandwich at the hotel and it took almost an hour to get our lunch. Again, the hotel was very busy. All in all, we will stay here again if we are cruising. Fun to look out the window & see your ship too!

The staff here is amazing. They always go above and beyond. I’m in Seattle every two months and I always stay here! Being able to print in color at the front desk is a game changer!

Parking was absolutely a rip off. Ive never had to pay for parking at a hotel I stayed at. Never again. The cruise ship traffic and blocking the view really was a HUGE disappointment.
