Hotel Nexus, BW Signature Collection

The walls were dripping with water. The ceiling was dripping. There was mold on the floor mold on the baseboards. The place smelled like mildew. There was homeless people walking around in the parking lot. This staff was gossipy with each other in front of customers. The staff seemed unprofessional.\n And on top of all that, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me . The place was disgusting

The staff was great! I feel that it may have been a little overpriced.

The staff were kind The bed was uncomfortable, the sink was broken that they failed to fix right away, privacy door hanger got put under my door in the night super creepy, the walls were thin everything was cheaply done, way over priced for what you get. Super disappointing.

Very close to the freeway. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Dated facility. Cold room. Detached, very small fitness center with staff constantly coming in and out, watching us workout as they passed through. Had to pay for parking and breakfast. Felt very overpriced for the quality.

Do not forget your cube to charge your phone. The ports in the room for charging cables were broken and they didn’t have loner cubes. My phone was dying and I asked for a wakeup call that was agreed to but I didn’t receive.

Disappointing

Close to downtown Seattle. Parking close to room Scheduled 10 Hr power outage starting at 6 PM. If we knew that we would have stayed elsewhere

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful. Everything worked in the room except for the refrigerator, which was stuck permanently at freezing temperature so beverages were frozen. The dials inside were broken and non-existent.

Great location. Literally near everything you could need. Train station 10 minute walk away and only 15 minute ride to centre. Staff were great, they offered us 3 keys instead of two. Cheap breakfast. Good tv’s. Beds were slightly hard. Door for bathroom didn’t close properly. Walls and shower looked old and used.

Horrible size and design of the room. Way too expensive for quality. Front desk kept me on hold and forgot about my call! No housekeeping unless you order 24 hours in advance. We had to throw our own trash. No replacement of towels. Best part is the incredible restaurant in the parking lot called Saffron. But I would never stay there again.
