I really appreciated the ability to check in early after returning from my cruise and checking out late while waiting on a late afternoon flight.

I would not recommend anyone stay here. Front desk staff were nice but everything else about this hotel is terrible. Bartender is rude and the hotel has a weird smell. The keycard entry in elevator was not working so anyone has access to floors with rooms. Only stay here if there are no other options.

I contacted Expedia and the customer service person was very helpful. They validated the original booking was legit, and the hotel was making the mistake, not us. They booked us in another hotel across town right away, with no additional cost. Thank you Expedia!

Location was very convenient. Parking was easy. Room rate was good for the location, window views were beautiful. Room was very nice and clean, room smelled good, staff was helpful, and the elevator was fast. Continental breakfast, was not part of the hotel cost, you had to pay for the meal, even though there was food available we could have had cold cereal or toast as part of the stay it didn't have to be all out meal.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with everything one would need for a shower. Good job hilton!! Keep it up! The downtown location. It's quite overwhelming finding your way to the hotel even with GPS.

We have stayed here for several years for about a week each time. Every time it has been wonderful. This time we got an ADA room. Everything seemed alright initially. I was unable to sleep through the night due to the bed. The beds were very uncomfortable. Our daughter was also unable to sleep because of it. We went to make coffee in the room and found a hair in the coffee maker. Microwave also had exposed wiring. Tried to see if they had alternatives. I was offered comforters to place under sheets .... needless to say, We won't be staying here again.

Clean, friendly staff In room 1226 the shower drain was clearly clogged. The tub would fill up while waiting for the shower to warm up. Didn’t completely drain until 10min after turning the shower off.

We stayed at another hotel before our cruise that we were very disappointed with, so when we checked into the Hilton, we were excited to see a complete difference in the quality of the hotel and their staff. The hotel was clean and beautiful, the elevators were fully functioning and the rooms were comfortable. The next time we come to Seattle, this hotel will be where we land.
