I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a fantastic view, was spotless, and the amenities were great. The staff was really friendly, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from downtown. I really recommend it!

It was amazing

After paying almost $2,000 for three days, including taxes and parking, I’m very disappointed to find that even the water in the room costs $4.50. There isn’t even a dental kit with toothbrushes and toothpaste. Is this really a five-star hotel? Why be so stingy with your guests? After I questioned the charge and expressed my disappointment at checkout, the charge for the water was removed from my bill. But the issue isn’t really about the $4.50. It’s about the fact that a five-star hotel of this level, belonging to a world-famous hotel chain, would even charge its guests for a bottle of water. In the end, everything else was good. But it’s the little things that shape a guest’s overall impression and determine how they feel about the hotel and whether they want to come back.

Room was excellent and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Hotel lobby has a good bar and staff at reception was great. Lifts too too long to arrive - especially at peak time

Good

Very nice old school classy location.
-
This is NOT a pet friendly hotel!!! They state on their website parking is $68.00 a night, no… Actually $74.00. Still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding my return refund to my credit card… nothing
-
Huge bathroom was a plus. Elevators! Please have all of them working, waiting for an elevator for a period of time gets annoying.
-
Large spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Easy walk to the downtown sights.
-
Good hotel in excellent location but there were issues with the elevators resulting in 20min waits at times _ not ideal when on 25 floor. Staff helped with escorted lifts in the service elevator but far from ideal given the costs. Nothing offered to compensate. Mineral water in room is expensive not complementary and breakfast venue hidden away. Staff friendly and helpful, room was outstanding
-
The elevators did not work. Only 1 elevator was working and had to go to 19th floor. Would not stay again
-
Location, comfort and staff exceptionally kind and helpful. The pillows. Thick and lumpy, not comfortable for sleeping. And no options for people who prefer to sleep either lower or firmer pillows.

I had a wonderful stay here. Loved my room and the staff was wonderful

Exceptional
-
The room was very clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming.
-
The staff was nice, but there was only one working elevator in a building of over 25 floors, so that was rough. Several of the wines on the bar's wine list were unavailable.
-
That was nice.

Superb

Out of the 4 elevators only one was working. Scary because what if that one elevators would have stopped working. Guests were v upset. This was going on for over a week.
