The room was a little small and only one outlet in the room area. But over overall, it was good.

Excellent for a solo stay when traveling for work. It’s very close to Whole Foods and several restaurants. Very clean room and beautifully designed lighting system. Lots of common area to hang out with a solid bar downstairs.

Helpful Good breakfast in nice atmosphere Only possible downside is you have to climb over bed to get to other side Fine for me but could bother less mobile people

Design, walkability, amenities , check in and check out system was nice and the ability to pick your view.

Staying at Citizen M is so fun. Staff were really friendly, our room was great and it was fun to have all the modern gadgets for the night. I recommend choosing a street view as the courtyard view was just a view of another building as we were on a higher floor. We had drinks in the bar at night and enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s in a great area and easy to walk or e-bike to lots of fun places. Super clean, and just all round fun and pleasant to stay at.

Hotel has a great location in safe neighborhood. Close to the transportation. My room was smelling very slightly of cigarettes.

We were greeted as soon as we walk in by Emma . She gave us some great suggestions on dinning. Julie made us a special drink at the bar they even have an option for Buffett breakfast . The hotel is in a great location and walkable. Loved the style of the hotel and how easy things were to navigate. Absolutely loved it will definitely be returning

Worst staff in America Horrible policy

This is an ultra-modern hotel. Rooms are small but have very cool features. Everything in the room can be controlled by a bedside ipad; blinds, TV, lighting, color mood, etc. Location is great to walk to many local attractions. I didn't mind this at all, but if you are traveling with children and want space in the room, this is likely not the hotel for you. The street noise, such as sirens at night, could also be an issue for some, but I think that's just the reality of Seattle.

Great experience.

Efficient. Well designed. Needs better food options.

It is very modern and clean. I like the minimalist style of the rooms. The location is great, accessible to places I want to visit.
-
I loved the sleek aesthetic of the hotel, the luxury finishes and overall vibe. Location was good to great (close to Seattle Center but away from Pike) and staff attentive and kind. Room is obviously small, but you make it work. The A/C barely ever worked. Didn't seem to respond to iPad controls. That's a big downside in late summer heat.

Cool style and great place to stay for a quick stay in Seattle. Bar and restraint open late which was helpful. Pricey hotel for small room.

Absolutely loved the flooring in the room. Carpets are gross. The room was minimalistic, bright, and yet cozy. Using the IPad to control the lights and blinds was efficient. Location was perfect for walking and taking public transit to explore the city. Having to leave the room to get hot water for my tea was inconvenient, but I understand the reason as to why kettles aren't allowed in the rooms. Did notice two long head hairs between the bedsheets and mattress under the pillows, which was a little off-putting. I shave my head, so I know they weren't mine. Figured they were attached to the sheets during the laundry process. My lint roller came in handy.
